By creating an account or using BillBrain, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BillBrain. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 are not permitted to create accounts or use the service.

BillBrain is a personal bill and subscription tracking tool. It allows users to manually add and monitor recurring payments, subscriptions, and EMIs. BillBrain provides spending insights and due-date reminders based solely on the data you provide.

BillBrain is not a financial advisor. The information and insights provided by BillBrain are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for financial decisions.

BillBrain offers two plans:

BillBrain reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable advance notice. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price changes before they take effect.

All payments for BillBrain Pro are processed by Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway. By subscribing to Pro, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. BillBrain does not store your payment card details.

Subscriptions are billed monthly. Your subscription will automatically renew each month until you cancel it.

BillBrain is provided on an "as-is"and "as-available" basis. While we strive for reliability, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not liable for any data loss or inaccuracies in bill tracking arising from technical issues.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the bill data you enter into BillBrain.
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• You must not attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

All content, design, and code within BillBrain is the exclusive property of BillBrain. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms & Conditions. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BillBrain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of BillBrain after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
